The agenda for an informal virtual meeting of Parish Councillors has been published on the Council’s website along with other information.
The meeting on Thursday 20th January, 7pm on Zoom, has been called due to current Covid rates to allow those who do not feel comfortable attending a face to face meeting to attend and have their say.
The Parish Council will then meet formally on Monday 31st January at the Barbour Institute (Boys Room) to ratify recommendations made at the meeting on the 20th.
Due to increasing covid rates only a limited number of councillors will attend the formal meeting to ratify the recommendations
Both meetings will be open to the Public.
