The notes of a meeting with representatives of Inspired Villages and CW&C Highways department on the 14th July have been published on our website.
The meeting was regarding possible S106 agreements should the Phase 4 application be approved by CW&C. In particular funding for improvements to the pedestrian access into Tattenhall for the visually impaired.
Those representing the Parish Council stated the discussions did not remove the Parish Council’s objections to the phase 4 development.
